I have my own list that I swear by that I intend to share with you. I’ll also post things that I studied.. Give you my thoughts about the different diets, some of which I have tried. I’ll neither condemn or recommend diets. What’s good for one may not be good for another. However as we grow older, I think eating healthy is important. Sort of, customizing food for our innards e.g. take sugar and salt. Do I need to say more? Except this, You’d be surprised how quickly your taste buds adapt to less salt and sugar. Doing this alone is the first step to healthier living. I know, I know, how do we live without our ice cream? How about longer. (ok-cheating once in a while is allowed under OldObie’s rules.
